SoLo_
I really have no idea what the problem is, but my San-Andreas has a weird green-brown tint to the game. My videocard is a 7950GTKO and I have color correction off. Here's a pic. Everything seems a bit blobby too.

jnzooger
What resolution and color depth are you running? Try running the same res as your desktop and make sure you are running in 32-bit color. 16-bit has been known to cause problems like this.

SoLo_
I'm running 32 bit color depth and the same res as my desktop (1280x1024), I do have two monitors running if that has anything to do with it, which is doubtful. Edit: What OS is that? If that is indead Windows, try turning off that custom skin. If it isn't Windows, that could be the problem. Otherwise, the dual-displays could be doing it. Try running in single or clone mode and let us know the results.
