Robbing Uncle Sam: An easy way to do this mission

So you've just got out of the van and the game tells you to shoot the gate lock to let the van in. DON'T.

 

Jump on to the top of the wall and kill the guard near the gate switch.

 

Then kill the other two guards in the near vicinity and then shoot the warehouse lock. Kill the two guys in there and get in the fork lift.

 

Get each of the boxes near the warehouse entrance not forgetting the two outside. you may be disturbed by one or two guards but run them over with the fork lift. You probably won't be disturbed.

 

Position the fork lift towards the warehouse entrance and lift a crate as high as it will go.

 

Then get out and NOW shoot the gate lock and let the van in.

 

You should be able to load 3 boxes without being disturbed and the guards only arrive after that. As you have all the boxes near the close vicinity and in really convenient positions you can load them up quickly and easily. I did this mission with Sweet still having half his life left.

 

Then race back to the lock-up which shouldn't be difficult.

I think the mission is easy anyway.... I have over half his health even though I do it the regular way... But I guess it's a nice tip for newbies.

this is a good tip, but it's been the most commonly used one for the mission, ever since the PS2 version came out...the tip is well documented in every available SA walkthrough on the net...good looking out though!

 

@girishb_86: there's a mission tip for "Robbing Uncle Sam", but that only for those that can't drive the Forklift, at all, like me...
