Any other mod tools?

I need some help or advice on where to find me a good mod installer that can do all the neccesary modding for me like all the files and stuff, SAMI is good but i cant install the extra things with a car so please someone help me thanx.

Well im lookin for a tool that can install ALL the files that come with the download like paint styles and so forth, and it cant be just a "car" installer i want a weapon, buildings, and something that can put anything in just by giving it the files that you download.

so buddy SAMI is the best for doing these things,

 

SAMI is good but i cant install the extra things with a car

you can install all things of cars by SAMI but only when its available by author or if it isnt in SAMI then make SAMI files of cars mods and keep it for yourself

Then how do i put in other things? for example weapons and buildings? it has something to do with a scripter or somethin like that and i dont know hopw to make those, does anyone? and if so please tell thanx.

I personally have never used mod installers. I used GGMM before to view models, but that was just for testing if it seemed like I wasnt seeing one in game etc

 

Have you tried doing things manually?

If i knew how to do it all manually then i would its very hard for me to do all that.

@dertyjerzian™: yeah i did alots but only for my use and why you used ggmm to see models , MEd is better than ggmm for this matter
