I don't think any game does exist with European basketball teams in them, isn't there an edit mode in NBA 07 or NBA 2K7 so you could make your own team that will probally be the only way you'll be seeing European teams, othe rthan the NBA games, you could see if there is an edit mode in the arcady type basketball games. I don't think European basketball is big enough to have it's own game.
