2 Unique Jumps I can't find

Hi there guys. I'm playing the PS2 version of the game.

 

By looking at this map;

I can't jumps 12 and 14. Can anyone help?

12 is a northward run up an alley and over a building that has two Freeways parked next to it. You don't have to clear the building, just get a really good long jump.

 

14 is up some catwalks, a very short run from the interior of a building under construction off a little ramp.

 

By the way, I wouldn't put huge faith in that map. I see one jump on the golf course that's woefully misplaced. I don't see any of the PS2-specific jumps (listed in a stuck thread in this forum).

Yeah, that map is worse than the Brady Guide. Ok, no it's not.
