Notes: I need the fireproofing reward in order to get through the final mission; so far, I've come up empty because of the flames you have to get through. I know the riots are going on and everything, so hopefully that doesn't make it too difficult. No big deal if I lose some territory, just let me know if it happens. No cheats please.

to avoid the riots, you can do this mission in somewhere other than los santos.
