yea i was thinking that XD, if u find the codes with the hex editor its quite easy, i did figur it out a few weeks ago so ino what im goin to do biggrin.gif ill re release them later, with like colors specific to the Cholo Sabre (hexcode + 0x240); etc rather than pcar.

 

heres a simple cheat i made to change the exhuast fume color:

Slight problem. everytime i use the code to spawn a burrito as this is the vehicle im testing, the hex code for it changes. it started as: 0x098FA7E0 with one van and now the new van that i got in didnt change colors as i expected it to. it stayed black and white. and now the vans code is 0x098766E0 which is confusing as i thaught the every car of its type had the same hex code, unless i have done something to change this. now i just found another car of the same type (burrito) and the code has once again changed, this time to 0x098f3E40. this is probably why the code is pcar

car colors are in pcar.

I think it's pcar+0x224, and pcar+0x228

 

I think this would work:

 

 

if (getchar(pcar+0x58) == *burritos # here*){setchar(pcar+0x224, 0xR1, 0xG1, 0xB1, 0xff. 0xR2, 0xG2, 0xB2, 0xff);}

 

every time you enter a burrito with the code on it should change to the color you want.

R1, G1, and B1 are th base color

R2, G2, and B2 are the secondary color (stripes, trim)

Cool, Thanks Vette biggrin.gificon14.gif , im working on the new codes now,+ a side project, all i need is two codes. One to check time, To make sure its between 21:00 and 7:00, and another to spawn peds, are these possible? if so any ideas where/what the codes are? post tomorow when the base of the codes are done

I believe the time is at 0x08bb3b40.

so this should work to detect whether or not it's between those two times.

 

 

if (21 >= getshort(0x08bb3b40) >= 7){*does whatever it is you need done*}

 

that should detect whether or not the time is 21, 7, or anything in between.

 

and I don't believe spawning peds is possible. I know it was done for LCS, but it involved taking every ped and spawning them to one location from wherever they were. it's not too efficient. and would surely slow down any code it's in.

EDT:: is the code for the burrito ment to be the CD code or the Hex code for the vehicle? Because when i use the Cheat Device code 182 the color doesnt show up.

I think you just need to enter the 182.

 

see if this works:

as long as that cheat is one every burrito you enter should automatically turn blue. but only if you enter it.

ill try out some other things, im going to do it so that only the burrito can have that color etc with one cheat and the blista another with all the stuff etc on all my cars, cus im gna redo Every vcs car.

 

accel then change to last gear commin up, im testing atm.

 

EDIT:: The Color Code didnt work again, I have a vid but its 3mb+ so no where will host it, image shack has a 1.5mb restriction etc n everywhere else is 2mb which is sad, cus I cant show you to prove.

 

I'll try it with a different number. patriot or something.
