a simple question

hi, i am new to all this GTA stuff and the forums, and i thought people in the WOW forums were aggressive and just forum trolls, as I am NEW, and a NOOB about all this since I just started playing, I saw a video, a guy with a really nice 350z in the GTASA game, so heck, that really put game to another level. I said, damn this will take the game to another level, 305z' , lambos, OMG *eyes glittering* so NEways, i did some research and came across the gta garage website, they RECOMEND us to DOWNLOAD and I repeat, DOWNLOAD ""ggmm"' program to allow us to use such MODs and add skins to the game.

 

It never mentions anything about BUYING a program, or that it is ILLEGAL to download the program that they flagrantly give us for "free" WTH. SO I posted on these forums about the problem I was having with such program since I DL it and cant do anything with it.

 

the next thing I know there is people trolling and flaming me without me knowing WTH hit me. so, I politely asked if there is any way to actually MOD such things for free, I don’t actually believe that it if worth to pay 20 dollars for some pretty pixels, "main reason I quit WOW" and I said, I know people does it somehow without having to buy a program that, A I cant get, and B I have no idea were to get it.

 

again, I am NEW to all this and cant really understand the hate for someone who just started playing this game. I don’t believe in cheating, but I do believe in nice cars.

NM to all that, i saw a tutorial on youtube.com of someone doing it, see? thats ALL i needed, ty if you read and trolled. now i have to reinstal it because it keep crashing lol. ty ty

I'm not sure I understand, but for everyone else's benefit, this is the topic in question.

 

I think there's been a misunderstanding. Someone suggested you downloaded 'it' (meaning San Andreas). You agreed (meaning GGMM). Downloading SA is against the rules as it's piracy, but downloading GGMM isn't (obviously) as it's hosted by the GTANetwork - GTAGarage is a network site here. You need not pay for GGMM, or indeed any modding program (unless it's commercial). Most modding of any GTA game can be done free of charge.

 

Also, don't take things so personally. Cock ups happen.
