Gantons Most Wanted Posted May 7, 2007 Share Posted May 7, 2007 Storyline Since 1984 alot has happened to Vic prior to the events on the rooftop of The Mendez Building where he took on both Jerry Martinez and Diego Mendez. After those events he told Lance to leave town and go meet up with Pete and try find his mother while Vic sorted out his assets and got his things together. But it didn;t go as planned.... One of Victors longtime friends Lorrenzo aka Gotti needed to help his boss and brother break out of Prison. They were going to get sent up to a prison outside Liberty City but they were caught in Vice so they were about to be transferred. So Vic got a team together and hijacked the van and showed up at the police station in Little Havana. Gotti's brother Chris and his boss Supreme were now free but the heat was now on Vic he was Vice Citys most wanted man. Vic rushed to the airport with half of VC's law enforcement trying to take him down Vic got on the plane to Mexico and layed low for a year and now he is back. Gangs over a year alot has changed not only the city's appearence but the people who run the city's underworld. Trailer Park Mafia with there leader Marty gunned down in Little Haiti by Vic the gang nearly crumbled. The Gang is still facing problems mainly over which gang runs the trailer park as some didn;t agree with there new leadership and split off to start there own gang called the Dixie Defenders. The Gangs only activities are Loan Sharking and Protection rackets. Leader: Jimmy M Williams Enemies: The Cholo, Dixie Defenders and Cubans Alies: None Turf: North Side of the trailer park and east of Little Havana Dixie Defenders With the fall of Marty's gang the members who live at the southside of the trailer park went and joined up with Phil Cassidy and are now well known Gun Runners around The VC Mainland area. Leaders: Duke and Phil Cassidy Enemies: TPM and The Cholo Alies: The Cubans Turf: The Southside of the trailer park and The VC Docks Cubans/ Los Cabrones After the victory over the Cholo's in the previous year the gang has made quite a name for themselves. As They are the only Smugglers to rival Ricardo Diaz's men and The Sharks. Leader: Umberto Robina Enemies: TPM, The Cholo and The Sharks Alies: Dixie Defenders Turf: Lil Havana Cholo's Now a Struggling Gang trying to fight local up coming gangs who live in The Little Haiti Area. The Future does not look too bright for them. Leader: Big Cease Enemies: TPM, Dixie Defenders, Cubans, Sharks and Bikers. Alies: The Russians Turf: Little Haiti The Russians A New Gang in town who run the downtown area they are High classed and very dangerous they get there money from pretty much every criminal activity in the city Rumours are they are giving Diaz Trouble on Starfish. Leader: Rocky Enemies: Bikers, Diaz Gang, Cubans and Sharks Alies: The Cholo Turf: Downtown Diaz Gang Since the fall of The Mendez Brothers Diaz has been making moves and has now 46% of the city in his control maybe not on the streets but on his drug and smuggling fronts. Other people also making moves is Rocky him and Diaz have developed quite a rivalry it hasn;t hit the streets yet but it could soon enough... The gang is mainly drug based and aren;t seen in the streets much. Leader: Ricardo Diaz Enemies: Russians, Cubans and Sharks Alies: Unknown Turf: Starfish Island Sharks The Sharks are having the same issues as The Cholo but nobody seems to be challenging them for there turfs in the northeast of VC. But there businesses are sturggling with the boom in VC and with everybody else selling the same product. Leader: Slim Enemies: Bikers and Diaz Alies: Unknown Turf: Vice Point Bikers The Bikers have lost alot of influence in the city since Vic came on the scene back in 84 and in 85 its looking grim for them on there own turf as the Russians have moved in and are now in a turf war but the Bikers just keep to the southern West Downtown Area. Leader: Mitch Baker Enemies: Ruskies, Cholo's, Sharks and Diaz Alies: Phil Cassidy Turf: Contested Downtown area (South West) Characters May Contain Spoilers on what might happen. Vic Vance Information: Is The Protagonist and will face many challenges and lessons on how to keep the top spot and on who to trust. And on what really happened in VC's underworld Lance Vance Information: Is Vic's little brother ussually landing his brother into trouble with his crazy schemes and way of handling things. Pete Vance Information: Is the youngest brother of Vic and Lance not much is known about his role in his brothers activities. Phil Cassidy Information: Longtime friends with Vic and his brother and has a sucessful business gun running. Rusty Information: the owner of VC impound yard will help Vic early on by giving him fresh connections and helping him lay low. Stonewall J Information: Owns a gun shop in southside of little havana supplies low grade guns that get the job done. played a minor part in Vic's early days in VC maybe this time around he'll do alot more. Is well affiliated with The Dixie Defenders. Johnny Information: Lives in the southside of the trailer park but isn;t loyal to either faction will provide some jobs for Vic early on. Duke Information: Is Phils business partner and also served in The Army with Phil and now run a sucessful business and has been key at planning attacks on the TPM's businesses. Ray Information: Is another one of Phils Ex army buddy's and his down in VC visiting Phil and will be a key part on providing information as he is a cop for the VCPD. Fa$e Information: is a local gang leader trying to take the top spot for Little Haiti and with Vic's help and friendship it might just happen. Jaycon Information: Is Fa$e's younger half brother and helps him run the gang. Javon Information: Jaycons older brother and Fa$e's little brother has alot of information about whats happening in the streets of Little Haiti. Big Cease Information: Is a certified O.G of the Cholo's and is finding the big squeeze hard and keeping his streets under control has recently cut a deal with the Ruskies to try sort matters out for himself. Umberto Robina Information: Is Leader of The Cuban Gangs in Vice City and has united them all under one banner and has proved sucessful his gang are now key in Vice's Drug and Smuggling Industry. But of late The Cuabsn have been targetted by alot of Gangs but with Vic's return this coudl change things. Jimmy M Williams Information: Is Marty's Twin Brother except has alot more hair. With now been crowned King Of The Trailer Park by his gang the Dixie Defenders think otherwise with warfare increasing on the streets so does the pressure for Jimmy as he has alot to live up to. Rocky Information: Is the leaders of the Ruskies and has now bought The old Mendez Building and Mansion. What his real name is is unknown by the authoritys but was christened Rocky because of his fighting skills. With his gang upcoming and being straight off the boat he has already filled the shoes of the Mendez Brothers and is expanding fast his only problem is Ricardo Diaz. As there Rivalry goes to new levels what will Vic's return to the town do to this eqaution. Slim Information: Leader Of The Sharks gang in VC and is finding the big squeeze hard as his drug empire continues to bring him and his gang money at a steady rate that could all change. Mitch Baker Information: Mitch is fresh out of Prison and is about to adress the Rusky situation in the streets by doing some crippling business attacks will go to Phil for help later on. Lorrenzo aka Gotti Information: Has beign laying low from the Ruskies after a failed attack to get his small patch back in the downtown district he, his brother and Supreme are hiding at the moist palms construction site which is one of there new ventures of business should be completed in a few months. Supreme Information: Convicted drug dealer well was.. Until Vic Vance and his longtime friend Gotti arranged a prison break while being convoyed back to Liberty to go on trial his position on the 10 most wanted list has slipped down the ratings after a year but is due to make his return to the streets he hopes. Diaz Information: an upcoming figure in the Vice City underworld Diaz has already established a big drug operation within a year the DEA and FBI have tryed to send him down many times but with no luck he is facing troubles with upcoming Rusky mobs and other gangs and is hoping to crush them all at once. First Chapter: Confessions The Story Begins with Vic's Flight landing at Escobar International Airport. Vic (VO): Vice City i can't believe i'm heading back after everything thats happened there. Maybe things will be different this time around. Vic is in the terminal dressed in a light blue hooded jacket with beige khakis and blue Sneakers, he walks over to the payphone and then Lance picks up. Lance: Hello?? Vic: hey Lance its me hows Los Santos Lance: Vic!! bro where you been, me and Pete have been worried how you holding up?? infact where are you now?? Vic: Well i'm ok i'm back in Vice though but listen to me Lance this time i mean it stay with Pete in LS until i call for you guys because i need to check and se if things are and whats changed. And Don;t Worry i'll send over some money for Pete and yourself. Lance: Ok Bro, Will do and what about the 20 keys of Coke we've got?? Vic: Well look after them i'll see if i can hook us up with a buyer and then we can just go live normal lives without any people trying to murder us every few seconds. Lance: Right i'll call you in a week or so take care bro and Pete wants to speak with you i'll see you soon. Vic: yeah you too Lance and ok put him on. Pete: Hey Vic, its good to hear from you and in a week i'm having the operation to sort my lung condition out so i'll be more use to you guys. Vic: Hey Pete and don't say that you've always been useful you've kept Lance out of trouble for a year but good luck with the operation and i'll send for you both soon take care Pete. Pete: don't worry Vic we'll be fine and well lets hope its not long then because LS is becoming a little boring anyway cya Vic. Vic puts the Phone Down and heads outside the terminal. He flags down a taxi and it takes him to the docks. Vic gets out pays the driver and then walks up to and old man about to lock up the impound yard and then the man recognizes him. The old man says "Vic is that you?" Vic says yes thats me Vic Vance how you been Rusty?? Rusty tell him he's not bad and inquires on why Vic is back in town they go inside the impound yard building and talk while having a beer. Rusty: So Vic why are you back all of a sudden?? Vic: well i need to send over some more money to Pete and Lance so they can live safe. And this place earned me quite a bit of money but at a cost. I mean i could of just reported Martinez to a higher ranking officer for the drugs he was bringing onto the base but instead i got caught up in it all and people might still be alive if i hadn;t of gone down that dark path Rusty: Well thats Vice City for ya Vic, and Whats done is done its in the past now only thing you can do is live for today. So let me guess you need a place to stay and a job i'm i right?? Vic: well if thats ok only until i get on my feet. Rusty takes Vic to one of the lock up's which has a matress on the floor and some old appliances and other junk. Vic: is this it!? Rusty: well its not exactly Ocean Beach Hotel is it, Its an Impound Yard!. Vic: sh*t well thanks anyway i'll drop by the trailer tommorow for some work. Next Morning... Vic is awaken by the sound of a big frieghter docking in the harbour near where Phils Business is located. Rusty Strand:Mission 1 - Fast & The Furious Vic heads to the trailer and Rusty is cocking a shotgun. Vic: Hey Rusty whats with the gun Rusty: Damn Cholo's broke into the yard last night and stole 3 muscle cars with alot of illegal goods inside that i was holding back to sell. Vic: Ok Well lets go i'll drive and you can ride shotgun and take em out then we can aquire the cars back. Well whats inside the cars that is Rusty: lets go!. Vic gets in Rustys Bobcat which has a impound lot mechanic in the front with an Uzi and Rusty and another in the back with a Shotgun. The head over to Bayshore Ave. 101 where the Cholo's seem to be having a house warming in your old place Rusty and the men open fire on the Cholo's and they are soon dealt with. one of the men gets out and heads into the garage and drives the Green Sabre back to the pound. Rusty then tells you to head upto Sunshine Auto's the Cholo's are trying to sell the car you have 20 seconds to kill them in the lot. Rusty finsihes them and the last man in the car gets out and drives the Voodoo back to the lot then Rusty tells you to head over to the pawn shop in Little Havana the last Cholo is there and runs off Rusty then gets in the Sabre Turbo and tells Vic Rusty: Vic you ain't changed a bit you did good today son heres your money. Mission Passed $500 *You can now live back at Bayshore 101* BP Sanchez is purchasable at the safehouse Mission 2 - General Lee Rusty is in his trailer talking to Phil about some boomshine and then Vic Enters Vic: Hey guys. Phil: Either i'm still seeing things from that Boomshine or Vic's stood here in person. Rusty: Oh yeah Phil i forgot Vic is back and looking for work. But point is i need you both to help me . Phil: Look Rusty i ain't into stealing cars i'm a gun runner. Rusty: Nah i think this one will apply to you Phil a new gangs in town they go by the name of the Haitians there no big threat but there leader has a good car and i need you to blow up there drug store houses. Vic: Ok Rusty why do you want to take out a drug storehouse?? Rusty: Because i owe Umberto Robina's father a favour because i lost to him in a poker game. Vic: Ok you up for this Phil? Phil: Am i Ever! Vic and Phil get in the truck and head to Phils place to get some Weapons and the boomshine you now have a Silenced Mac 10 The trucks loaded now you head up to Phils old warehouse at the edge of Little Havana when you arrive you see the car while you go cause a distraction by stealing the car it gives Phil chance to blow the place sky high. Next task is to drive the Car to Rustys lock up in the Westside of Little Haiti then head to the warehouse to pick Phil up. and then watch the fireworks. Mission Passed: $750 *You can now use Phils Shooting Range and the Mac 10 is availible at the impound safehouse* Mission 3 - Done In 60 Secs Rusty looks angry Vic goes in the trailer. Vic: Whats up Rusty? Rusty: The Liberty Mob thats what. Vic: why what problems they giving you?? Rusty: Well see i owe them about $5000 and i've only got $2500 of it and i really don't want my legs breaking. Vic: Ok well you got any ideas on how to raise that money?? Rusty: yeah! i do a salesman at sunshine autos just got fired and i said i'd look out for a new salesman all you have to do is sell about 4 cars and that should be enough. Vic: Ok i'll head up there now. You have 6mins to go up to the Autoyard and sell 4 cars its just like the oddjob from LCS really so its simple. After you sell the 4 cars within the time limit head back to Rusty's before the mob gets there once back there mission passed Mission Passed: $1000 *Car Salesman Odd job unlocked* Mission 4 - Pimp My Ride Vic enters the trailer to find Rusty isn't there but theres a note that say's hes out of town for a while and to go meet a client of his down at the boatyard. First head over to the boatyard. Vic: hello!? anybody here, Rusty sent me Duke: You Must be Vic Vance i've heard quite a bit about you now come on we've not got much time. Vic: whys that then?? Duke: well the boat moored in the harbour by Phils is an import export ship and we've been given a wish list of cars. We have them but we need to respray them because there stolen and the port authoritys will be on the look out. Vic: Ok i can get that done. Vic gets into the Perenial and goes to respray it then its taken aboard the ship. Next you go respray the Burrito and take it to the ship. Then the Sabre and Blista Compact. And the last vehicle which is a Deluxo. Duke walks over to Vic. Duke: Good work well since Rustys out of town for a week or so and if you still need some work drop by Phil's Place and i'll give you some work. Vic: Thanks i'll do that. Mission Passed: $1550 *New contact availible at Phil's Place* Thats the end of the 1st Chapter. i'll write the 2nd one soon and thats my first fanfic i've ever wrote.
