Music from VCS

Recommended Posts

Hi! I have official box-edition on VCS. Well, I want to listen music from the game in mp3. To use it in my PC or iPod. How can I extract music tracks from the game?

How to extract music from Liberty city stories is interesting too...

Here is the converter?.

This works with all games excet for San Andreas. It converts them to .wav's and all you have to do is use a program to convert them to mp3's(ie-i-tunes7 converts songs to mp3's). This works with GTA3, LCS, VCS, Vice City. Hope this helps.

Edit- This converter was not made by me.

Even better, use this guide which has some files that automate the process.

http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/938211/47552

That is MFAudio and it is the same program I linked to-the only difference is I directed to the download page, and you linked to the Readme file/page.

That's NOT the readme file for MFAudio. It's a guide that uses MFAudio, but is not directly related to it.

That guide makes it a lot easier for a newbie than just using MFAudio by itself.

I'm sorry about that, I saw the MFaudio part and thought it was the same. by the way, You are right about it being easier for a newbie to figure it out.

No problem, Radioman :-)

Thank you for the welcome.

PriBL, I'm glad that we were both able to help you... and yes, the topic can be closed. I just wanted to give some final thanks.
