Theme: GTA III theme signature with a deep red tint, anything from GTA III, but preferably parts of Portland or Shoreside Vale. Resources: N/A Colors: Red background and whatever you feel works for the colour of the text. Additional info: Just make it look snazzy please. Thanks a bunch.
