where is pole position club im search it but not find

South-west of Ocean View hotel. It's marked with a P icon on the mini-map or the one in the main menu. But I assuming you don't know where it is because you haven't bought the property as yet? It was first introduced to you during "The Party" mission.

 

If this not helpful enough, maybe someone here can post a screenshot? But I know it's on the East Island, and it is way down south. You can't miss it.

In Ocean beach, near the marina, or if you have VCS, oposite the house with the heli - pad next to it. (The plave where you go to get the mission "Brawn of the dead") I hope I helped.
