IPL Questions

I have a few questions about the text IPLs in game...

 

1) Does it matter which IPL I edit? For instance can I do all my modding in one IPL, having cars spawn all over the each of the cities from one IPL?

 

2) After I mod a text IPL I have to start a new game, which I am ok with. But once I start a new game is there a way to 'quick advance' through all the missions ect? I downloaded a trainer and hit the 100% completetion button and it gave it to me, but still the other cities were 'locked' and I'd get a warning when I went there. It was still on the first mission.

 

I'd like to spawn some cars on a race track map I downloaded, and I'm willing to start a new game if I can just skip all the missions and basically be somewhat comparable to where I am in my own game.

 

3) I'm interested in possibly doing some binary IPLs to counter this, but there wasn't a good tut, and I got lost as soon as I opened the hex editor...

So if someone wants to show me how, I'm willing to learn... or if its just easier I can give you the coordinates of the 3 cars and someone can write the binary? maybe? wink.gif

yeah ,you can use\edit any ipl but that ipl must be defined in 'gta.dat'

and you can spawns cars through one ipl to all over the cities but its not gud idea.

no, its not compulsary to start new game after adding\edit your ipl

its compulsary when you spawn new cars, new garages, culls, enex`s type or roatation changes........etc

use Savegame editor for 100% completetion

Use SA Path Editor for spawns cars on race track

Use Binary-(De)Compiler but if you want to spawn cars so you can do it through normal ipl
