Quick question to the pros (mainly digi), I'm picking up my first piece on Friday and I was debating what I should get. A friend of mine told me I should get something called a "bubbler" which is supposed to be like a pipe with a water holder attached that acts like a filter or something. Does that sound good or should I get something else?

Yes to a bubbler. Thats my favorite piece. Nice and small like a pipe, but filtered through water like a bizzong.

How much do they generally go for? And also do they have a technical term or am I supposed to just ask for a bubbler?

Do Not ask for a bubbler. Ask for a handheld water pipe or something like that. It will probably run you like $50 or so, but I've gotten one on sale for $20. Half price 4/20 sale. Just don't get one you'll burn your eyebrows off using. Be careful.

Yeah, you know, I think the fact I wrote that much might seem like I wasted a lot of time on it, but the scariest thing, was that was like, a 20 minute post at most. I don't know, I guess 20 minutes is a lot to some people, but I remember hanging out with people that would look at something like that as if it took me a day or two to write it.

They didn't really care about the porn, I assume they saw my library of it though. They WERE pretty interested in all the crowbars and boltcutters though. Haha you and I are alot alike.

I work out religiously 4x a week... I used to lift 5 days on/2 days off, but it was getting stale for me.

I've been overweight my whole life, and my family has a history of diabetes. I've dropped roughly 35 lbs in the last 7 months or so, though. I've always been strong and always been a big guy, so now, even at >20% body fat, I look pretty jacked.

For anyone interested in fitness, Testosterone Nation is the best site out there. It's an e-mag.

 

I've been smoking more weed as of late, though; being that it's alot healthier than drinking.

I read it all the time. Have it saved under my favorites in fact.

 

I'm at around 12 to 13% body fat and still not happy. I'm wanting to go for 7-9% if I can get it there. Want to be ripped like bruce lee haha. Working the same routine ever week for a long period is not good because you get use to the movements. I'd start switching up your routine and see what comes of it. Right now I am trying that P90X thing that is always shown on infomercials late at night. I was skeptical of it, but thought what better time to try something new out then during summer when I am cut off from my regular gym work out. I was worried the workouts would not be challenging enough for me considering I've been doing heavy lifting for a while now and I am in pretty damn good shape as it is, but surprise surprise these things take a lot out of me. I've just started my second week now and after doing the chest/back workout DAMN! my upper body looks like a beast! haha. I'm going to do the full 90 days, and I plan on showing those interested here on the forums my results when I'm done come August.

Same goal, I'd preferably enjoy getting to 10% but that's a long-term goal for me.

Right now, I'm on a low-carb, moderate-calorie diet, it's been working well enough.

 

Baking and going to taco bell isn't helping, though; so now when we bake I just chew gum... at least i FEEL like I'm eating

I was doing pretty well for a month or so, the usual circuit training workouts, some with weights. I was doing well for a few months then I dislocated my wrist, so I've been doing nothing for ages. I think I've got a high metabolism though which lets me go months without getting fat.

 

I good workout I started doing was buying a really heavy punch bag, I use it for a normal punch bag but during workouts take it off the chain an start throwing it around an lifting it up. It works so many muscles in your body if it's a decent weight, I saw a vast improvement in weeks when I started doing this on the off days.

 

I've got killer skills at throwing people about now too, lol.

I was thinking of taking up Muay-Thai also, love that fact that its a martial art based around the knees and elbows. Also i'v been hitting the gym 5 times a week for the past 4 months. I'm noticing some crazy improvements, my abs coming in nicely, biceps and triceps pumped out not to mention my ubber sexy chest.

Man, all this lack of weed smoking is starting to get to me. Sold the last of my half oz today to pay for fuel, beer and smokes. Gonna give whats still chopped to a good mate of mine. It sucks sitting round watching all my mates smoke. I tell you what, if I had to give up drinking too I would of gone postal already.

 

On top of that, I have to pay off the thousand dollar fine that I got from going to court (I actually went a day late and had a bench warrant put out for my arrest). I turned myself in the next day and spent 4 hours in lockup until the magistrate saw to my case. He wasnt too impressed, i could tell by his face. I was pissed cus the wanker of a cop lied in the statement. Can never trust the filth.

 

This job better be worth it, my resume got accepted yesterday and all I have to do is go for a drug test and medical next week. Gotta start drinking some stuff I was recomended from my local head shop to completely clear my system...

God of War is pretty frustrating sometimes. You have to figure all the puzzles and sh*t. Overall the game rocks though, I really like all the gore and violence.

Had to do that on the Cavalier, it was f*cking hell.

 

Also had to replace the entire mechanism on my old pickup, that wasnt power though.

Yeah, I keep getting weird looks when I go to get in my car. Basically, I have to sit down on the backseat, then reach into the front and open the door from the inside.
