I'm so confused by this page so I'm just gonna ignore it.

 

Got my watch fixed today, I've been without it for a few months a got it fixed for like 10 bucks. Spring-pin. Yeah no idea. But its back and I'm happy. I'm taking a break from smoking for a bit. Maybe a couple months, maybe a week, I dunno. I still retain my knowledge about the drug so I figure I'll still post here. wink.gif

 

What are you guys doing tonight?

Toga your meals don't sound very good or filling.

 

You don't even eat Subway or anything like that? Get like a Veggie sub with everything on it, damn good.

they can be good if I make them good, but they are hardly very filling. I don't ever eat till im full anymore cuz the body doesn't need that much food at one time. I just eat more often throughout the day. It does suck never feeling satisfied after a meal though.

 

I'd eat subway, and I don't have to get a veggie sandwich or anything like that, I can deal with meat. I'm just picky about how healthy stuff is. So no greasy fast food, try and limit my carb intake right now, and just lots of chicken, fish, and beef with veggies. So to go the extra mile i'm not really eatting anything I don't cook for myself, or that doesn't come from a good sit down food place. Sandwiches are sadly out of the picture at least until next month when I'll be throwing some more carbs in my diet to help bulk up a little. I hate even talking about this really because everyone always says "why you do that? you are perfectly fit and fine as it is", but the thing is I want to be a beast when it comes to fitness. And only way to get that 300 spartan type look is if you are reaaaally careful about what you eat.

 

anyways, plans for tonight. Workout, eat dinner, hopefully pick up an 8th for my friend, and smoke out later on.

you'll probably see some positive changes without eatting right, as long as are burning enough calories and getting enough of stuff needed to build muscles, but the truth sucks, without a good diet almost everything you eat and when you eat it is only going to go against you and the exercise. confused.gif You'll never get super fit (if thats your goal) unless you combine both together, good diet and exercise.

 

I use to be the same way, but after working out religiously for a semester and not really changing my diet, I decided to try it differently based on a ton of reading I had done. Started to eat a lot healthier and more on a balanced basis without stuffing myself and I saw huge improvements. Still, since I wasn't being really strict on myself I wasn't seeing the results that I really wanted. So I changed that habit again recently becoming even more strict on my food in take. Hopefully with the new program I am on things will turn out the way I want them to be come end of august. I guess it just takes time, patience, and dedication, but even a stoner like me or you can watch what they eat while high. tounge.gif

Haha being a stoner makes it like x10 harder to eat right, but I hear ya.

 

I eat a lot of eggs, and meats. But in between my homemade meals I'll go eat a Baconator at Wendy's. confused.gif lol. Its real easy to not give a sh*t, and be like, I'm the only one who's gonna know, I'll eat this oreo, why not? At least thats how I am.

 

I just got my PS2 back from a friend of mine and I'm playing God of War. Its pretty cool, but I'd much rather be playing GTAIV on my 360! lol. Oh well I'll have to scrounge up $60 bucks and go buy it here in the next week or so.

Subway is sh*t. Real delis ftw. It is at least cheap, though. Reading this thread has inspired me to go to the deli and get a sandwich. Thanks guys. I was having trouble making up my mind on what to eat. Think I'm going to get something along these lines:

Dude, I can't get my mouth around that. How is that even enjoyable? I can't stand delis that heap meat on like that and expect a person to bite into it.

 

But the real reason for this post is asking about 2c-i. Anyone do it? I'm doing it, now... it's uh, I've heard other liken it to mushrooms and mdma mixed but I don't know yet, I'm only an hour and a half into it and the onset is supposedly a bit long. I definitely definitely feel something. Anyone? Anyone?

Yeah, I could never actually eat all of that unless I unhinged my jaw. The sandwich in that picture is a little excessive. I think I would probably have to eat that over the course of a day. It did look good though.

I eat relatively well. I have a BMI of 22, but I'm definitely not above scarfing down a couple of Big Macs - even when sober. I think the reason I have never had a problem with my weight is because I love to cook. It gives you ultimate control over what you are eating.

Haha you and I are alot alike.

I work out religiously 4x a week... I used to lift 5 days on/2 days off, but it was getting stale for me.

I've been overweight my whole life, and my family has a history of diabetes. I've dropped roughly 35 lbs in the last 7 months or so, though. I've always been strong and always been a big guy, so now, even at >20% body fat, I look pretty jacked.

For anyone interested in fitness, Testosterone Nation is the best site out there. It's an e-mag.

 

I've been smoking more weed as of late, though; being that it's alot healthier than drinking.

f*ck, I'm too long-winded. I started writing a simple post and wound up writing a 2,000 word equivalent to an essay. Wtf

 

 

Also, if anyone has never tried this before... Play southpark in mplayer, and turn the playback speed down to .87. That way all the kids will have the adult voice actor's voice. Alternatively, when the adults are talking, you can put the speed up to 1.21 and it will sound like the kids.

So I feel f*cking retarded. Why is it I can't remember how to do any of the math I learned way back 4+ years ago in high school? Dammit! I spent all this extra time last night trying to do some last minute studying to do this stupid Math placement exam for a class I need to take over the summer (f*ck my school being retarded about when you last took a math class) and I failed the damn thing. You only need to get 25 out of 60 right and I got 24... Man... I hate math with a passion and it doesn't help that they want me to remember sh*t from almost 5 years ago. I could have spent that time wasted studying for the math test on something that actually mattered, like studying for a final.

 

Damn this weed making me forget useless crap I will never need to use again once I get out of school. sad.gif

I read it all the time. Have it saved under my favorites in fact.

 

I'm at around 12 to 13% body fat and still not happy. I'm wanting to go for 7-9% if I can get it there. Want to be ripped like bruce lee haha. Working the same routine ever week for a long period is not good because you get use to the movements. I'd start switching up your routine and see what comes of it. Right now I am trying that P90X thing that is always shown on infomercials late at night. I was skeptical of it, but thought what better time to try something new out then during summer when I am cut off from my regular gym work out. I was worried the workouts would not be challenging enough for me considering I've been doing heavy lifting for a while now and I am in pretty damn good shape as it is, but surprise surprise these things take a lot out of me. I've just started my second week now and after doing the chest/back workout DAMN! my upper body looks like a beast! haha. I'm going to do the full 90 days, and I plan on showing those interested here on the forums my results when I'm done come August.

 

I choose smoking over drinking for the same reason too. Not all the carbs and crap thats in the beer and alcohol. Weed I can toke, get high, and chill and relax and feel perfectly good about not filling my body with stuff that I'm going to have to burn off the next day anyways. I smoke nightly now, and have plenty of energy the next day come time for my exercise. But if I drink, I'm sluggish all day, even without a hangover, and find that my point of failure in my exercises tend to come much quicker then if I hadn't drank.

 

Chris, I nearly had the same sh*t happen to me. But I passed by only 1 point. Then went on to the highest grade in the class come the end of the semester. Those test are so bullsh*t, the dont reflect at all what you'll be doing in the course itself. I hope they don't make me do the same crap for this basic math course I have to take next semester...

Just got back from a run with my friend. It was good we usually stop and walk a couple times during our run but today we kept a slow pace and did our normal distance all the way through.

 

I am taking creatine, I can't remember what the brand name or whatever it is, some EAS product, but I am noticing some results.

 

Togy I got a q. People say lifting less weight with more reps produces different results, but I heard that it isn't true. Could you clarify? This is turning out the be the OFS Workout topic. lol. tounge.gif

 

I feel good though, I think I'm gonna eat a bit, haven't decided what yet, but I need to shower. BAD. turn.gif

yeah doing different reps and weights do a big difference.

 

If you want to bulk more, then you should do heavier weight that way you are really feeling the exercise at around 8-10 reps. If you want to simply put on lean muscle mass and lean yourself out then do a weight that allows you to max out at 12-15 reps. It really does make a difference.

 

Creatine is something that I'm always on the fence about. I've been taking a new form of it called CellMass, seems to work better in that im not holding a ton of water weight like I did with other brands.

 

and if our discussion of exercise and stuff isn't enough proof that weed doesn't make you lazy then I don't know what is. tounge.gif

If anything it helps me calm down after a workout. I can't workout high though I notice a very big difference. But afterwards its the best body high ever, it just makes the bud so much better. I've been trying this stuff for a week now, and I can see I'm getting cut, but not bigger, which is what I expected. I have to lose any fat I have before I will notice a big difference. I have no idea what my body fat percent is, but I'd hate to find out. blush.gif

 

I'm not fat, I have signs of a 4 pack coming along, but I know I'm full of that bacon and those frosties. lol. Its just a matter of time I guess before I'll be where you're at Togy. wink.gif lol.

Yeah, you know, I think the fact I wrote that much might seem like I wasted a lot of time on it, but the scariest thing, was that was like, a 20 minute post at most. I don't know, I guess 20 minutes is a lot to some people, but I remember hanging out with people that would look at something like that as if it took me a day or two to write it. tounge.gif

Quick question to the pros (mainly digi), I'm picking up my first piece on Friday and I was debating what I should get. A friend of mine told me I should get something called a "bubbler" which is supposed to be like a pipe with a water holder attached that acts like a filter or something. Does that sound good or should I get something else?

Yes to a bubbler. Thats my favorite piece. Nice and small like a pipe, but filtered through water like a bizzong.
