I don't really think myself in a stoned state is the best person for picking up chicks. See when your drinking and sh*t, you can let the conversation flow and obviously you're a bit more confident; however, if you're whacked, then its kinda like a different wavelength to non-wacked people (which most girls are that I've dealt with). Fark, got hammered in town on the weekend. Was pretty pissed, having a good time up until I got dragged out of The Paramount (a club in the city) for smoking on the wrong balcony. Asked some yuppy looking wankers if I could borrow their phone to message my mate still inside; they say yes in exchange for some smokes and a dollar. Im like: yeah whatever I just wanna write the message, they give me this phone that looks like it can cook a steak and I cant even get to messages, so I give it back to him and tell I cant use it.

 

Long story short they demand I give them ciggerettes and the money for the 5 seconds of use I got off his phone, we exchange a few words and out of the blue one fella (there was 3 of them) pushes me over the guard rails meant for the line, I stagger over the first and fall back when I hit the second. I jump right the f*ck up and just as I make eye contact they all suddenly walk off only to have about 5 cops replace them. For some f*cking reason they dont give a sh*t about the bloke who just push me, instead they say im causing trouble (even after I tell them what the f*ck just happened) They search me put me in the back of a paddy waggon and charge me with disorderly conduct. I have to go to court on thursday.

 

f*cking awesome. Im never gonna trust the filth with anything anymore. What a f*cking sham. And if i see those flashy looking fa**ots again in northbridge im gonna f*cking drop em.

That's the f*cking problem with pigs eh? Some are just f*cking cockheads... whilst some can be very lenient and generally good blokes. I've dealt with very few cops myself like the ones you're describing, but have seen and heard of many incidents involving such dickhead, unjust cops; personally I think a lot of it is just a way to flex their muscle, or vent their own personal problems... and probably an underlying factor is that they are probably just dickheads by nature.

Police in liverpool are known as the busy's purely because they get involved with everybodies business and half the time make incorrect judgements regarding the situation and think they have the power to do whatever they wish to the public.

 

Well f*ck that, its a free country and ill do what the f*ck i want. That right there is my moral and is probably the justification of why i hate police.

 

Speaking off the c*nts i have a pretty funny story to tell you guys.

Last year my friends older brother dropped off a sack for one of his customers only to be interupted by the police blocking his car off, the guy who he was selling the weed too starts running and one of the officers gives chase leaving my friends brother with 1 officer to take care off. My friends brother tries to drive away but the cop put his arm through the window and tried to choke him with it to restrain him. My friends brother stopped the car and slammed the door into the police officers chest making the officer stumble backwards. He gets out the car and gets the police man in a headlock, 5 minutes later the officer is pretty much putty in my friends brothers hands until he finally passed out and hit the floor. My friends brother got in his car and drove home before phoning his customer to see what happened turns out he hid undernath a car and gave the officer the slip.

I appreciate cops, but dislike the majority of them a LOT. Again personal reasons. Some for catching me (driving) and others for when they've been idiots during crimes I've had to witness.

I'm from London, live in Nottingham, what I'm told are two of the most violent cities in the country. I hear a lot of animosity towards the police, and yet the same people always turn to them when they need help. Double f*cking standards; by all means dislike the police, but don't ask them for help when you get mugged, or robbed, or anything else.

Damn straight (although I don't think its any worse in Australia than other countries).

 

But that is a key that the Police, councils, and various other forms of government use against the everyday citizen - their funding compared to a citizen's lack of... funding. Cops know they can fine you and even if you aren't in the wrong, you cannot really fight it. Go to court and try and have the fine dismissed? Who's gonna do that? The cost of going to court with lawyer fees etc. will end up costing you more than your original, and unjust, fine; mind you, the average Joe would probably have a very slim chance of winning a case against the government or any of its departments.

 

The government bastards abuse the sh*t outta their power in these ways - just watching Today Tonight or ACA (both biased, pathetic, ratings-hungry shows in my opinion - but that's another story)and you'll probably see at least 5 stories every week about the government f*cking over everyday citizens who don't have the money to fight back.

 

I have nothing against the police, myself. As Struff said:

I feel the same way as well, and hence why I haven't got anything against the police themselves - since they are here to serve and protect (from what I'm told). But it goes back to the fact that there are good and bad in every bunch, and in many circumstances, the bad ones (like the ones that f*cked over Mr Ed) can tend to be ones we encounter. Got to court at 8:45. Got my 30 seconds in front of the judge to say I want it adjourned to april at 3:30 in the arvo, f*cken awesome. Ended up getting told to leave the court room at about mid day because I was falling asleep, had one of the sh*ttest naps around the corner from the tribes of unwanted children in the lobby, think the only thing that kept me from leaving was the hot as f*ck duty lawyer I had. Then got a 50 dollar parking ticket when I got back to my car, topped off a great day.

 

Got home: whipped up a homemade bong and smoked some cones and sprawled myself accross the couch and ate some red rock deli honey soy chicken chips. Felt like a huge rock was lifted off my chest...
