That's true but I believe the bigger problem is unlucky people like JAT who though no fault of their own don't know their rights and the cops who take advantage of this.

 

True the cop said he could smell weed and this could probably hold (some) water in court. But from what I read it would have been perfectly legal to refuse a search until they got a warrant.

 

Erowid has an excellent guide to this, found here. It really makes me angry reading stories like this, I believe in situations like this the officer denied you your rights and therefore it should count as a mistrial for your friend, though I'm sure that high-priced attorney will know/take of advantage of this.

 

Unlucky anyway JAT, I just got busted doing 20km/h over in a work truck today, not that it has anything to do with weed or your story. I don't know maybe I need to stop drinking .

Yeah I found out that we should have been able to call our lawyers at any time because either

 

a) we weren't under arrest and therefor free to do what we please

or

b) we were under arrest and allowed to get legal representation

 

It makes no sense to me at all for a police officer to be unethical. It's irony on a grand scale.

Also about percentage and stuff.... I dont know. Pretty much everyone i know has blazed at some point but i like the fact that many dont keep it as a hobby. More green for the rest of us.

Out of the 25-30 or so guys i hang around with id say probably none dont smoke weed.

 

Mainly i go out with two groups of like 5 guys, and every one of them smoke weed.

My friend who I'll call, "the Mexican from Michigan" came back into town on spring break. He had 5 of his buddies come too to visit, so who does he call for a hook up? Me. I bought a quarter (plus some) from a guy I know and brought it to them. We then smoked 2 fat blunts and chilled watching Sopranos on a 76 in HD TV. Kicked ass. I left the weed with them, got paid (a little extra too) and everyone walked away happy.

 

Now I just need to find someone to buy this tomtom off of me...

Tomtom's are such sh*t. Garmin is the way to go. A friend of mine has a tomtom and if you go the wrong way it just stops giving you directions instead of redirecting you. i mean isnt the point of a gps to guide you when you're lost?

A stove with elements ( Electric works best )

Some buds

A glass or plastic bottle with the bottom cut off.

 

 

Heat the knives on the element until they are red. Take a bud and place it on one knife. Press the other knife onto the bud and crush using a circular motion. Inhale smoke through the bottle.

 

Oil spots use resin oil instead of buds.

In my area we call waterfalls rockets. That's where you take a 2L bottle, put a conepeice in the cap at the top like a bucket then punch a smallish hole in the side of the bottle near the bottom. Fill the bottle with water then let the water drain out slowly though the hole. This sucks air though the conepeice. Pretty much just a complex/timewasting version of a bucket.

Last year sometime when I decided to get some buds for first time in ages (solely for my own personal use) I bought a small $5 pipe to smoke with. I didn't buy a bong since it was a bit too expensive, and also too big to hide when coming home (living with mum), so a pipe in the pocket would be the easiest option (plus I suck at making my own bongs).

Seshed like 3-5 times with the pipe by myself (a few with mates) when I had the chance and never really seemed to get that high; not like I remembered how getting whacked felt like before.

Ended up resorting to making a primative home-made bong after discussing my problem with a mate, and seshed with that one night home by myself. Took me like 2 cones and I was absolutely f*cked... way more f*cked that I expected. Watched Talledega Nights (with Will Ferell) and didn't really even laugh (even though I knew it was funny) but more just got into the story and accessing Ricky Bobby's life. Fun times.

 

Pointless story I know, but your post just brought it to mind. So yeah, basically I've never really gotten that whacked off pipes (not from memory anyways), and have really only used bongs - which always seem to get the job done for me - had bout 6 of them last night and yeah, they defs work better than pipes in my opinion. Once when I was on the arse end of an acid trip I smoked weed off my tin using a magnifying glass and a straw. Worked pretty well if I do say so myself, still got the burn mark on my tin lid lol.
