Could be Long Island as well. I've known my share of Italian and wannabe Italian meatheads who look like that. My friend's cousin has been on that site. Or it could also be CT, Boston, Rhode Island, maybe even Florida. But Jersey and Long Island definitely have the most of them by far, so it's almost definitely one of those places. Those people give where I live a bad name for producing useless assholes. I feel like they're somewhat analogous to UK chavs from what I've seen, though not nearly as despicable, and maybe they have a nicer though equally cheesy car on average. No asbos either.

 

Looks like it's like they were just rescued from the site of a mudslide. And Heineken is a popular beer in America. It's an ok beer. Kind of smells like weed actually.

All the kids I've meet from CT have long hair that flips out and curls... and they all wear Vineyard vines/pastels/really expensive sh*t. They also wear the hats with the strap backwards.
