Now let's try to accomplish this on 4/20.

Does anything actually go down on 20/4 (4/20 for Americans), like festivals and sh*t obviously in honour of bud smoking, since it pretty much is "World Marijuana Day" then? Either way, regardless if anything organised happens, I think all stoners would just toke up hard for the occassion.

 

PS. 4/20 only nine days away from GTA4 release. Two very good occassions.

Yes. In various areas of California there are smoking festivals where literally hundreds of people get together and smoke. Too bad it isn't done EVERYWHERE in Cali.

Well I go to school in Boston, and I'm always there on 420. There is a festival held on a good portion of the biggest park in the city center. Several thousand people come and gather, and there is live music. I don't know what the police situation is like and how strict it is with smoking, but it's a yearly, famous event. I've only attended briefly. If you go to a stoner-friendly school like University of Vermont, I've heard how people gather on the green at the school and smoke while the cops generally look the other way. Some radio stations play certain music. This is at the University of Boulder, which is in a really smoker-friendly city.

King of the Hill was lame. There were moments that were funny but overall I thought the show was stupid, and I'm a born and raised Texan! That sort of humor gets old real quick. Same reason I can't get into Blue Collar stuff.

I think the first three seasons are absolute gold, and even the fourth and fifth were better than most shows are by that point. Everything wanes eventually, and creators never know when to stop.

I don't think many people get King of the Hill. It has many layers of humor, some not as obvious as others. It has the typical American humor, but it also has a subtle humor that you need to really understand the characters to get. But besides the humor of the show, it has good story telling, and originality that is lacking in most TV shows. I personally think this show gets better with age.

 

Sorry, I just think this show is over looked because of people's inability to look past the slapstick and working class humor, to find a well rounded show.

Oh my god i just hit some crucial headies man, Ihadn't smoked in a long time. sh*t had me choking. I actually ended up going to a big mardi gras party and I was so f*cking high, that I could barely talk to people. That high lasted about 3-4 hrs, but damn it was the best.
