Great thread for people new to the forum.

However, I have a question. Why are you using instead of '?

Way to bump a topic. Haven't you been here long enough to know not to do that?

Its a useful thread. Havent you been here long enough to notice one of those?

True, But this was an Almighty bump.

Good thing he didn't bump the old one then.

Indeed.

And, for the record, it was released in America as "Live Free or Die Hard". But you wouldn't know anything about that, since you're not AMERICAN. mad.gif

I did actually. Since I read its Wikipedia article, where both titles are presented. Indeed, accordingly to the commentary on the DVD, they preferred the International title over the North American one.

Says you. I'm actually proud not to be living under the oppression of the .0 like the rest of the world.

Hey Svip, I have a suggestion: why don't we just pin this? It had obviously fallen quite far out of view anyways, so I don't think the "people ignored pinned topics" argument applies, it's still perfectly applicable, and it would be quite helpful to new members.

It still applies. Apparently they also ignore them when they aren't pinned. wow.gif

I don't know about most people, but I commonly skip pinned topics in every forum I visit. I look once in awhile and notice I've missed something good. But if it's not pinned it will still fall to obscurity. Catch 22.

Very good guide though icon14.gif

Very good guide thought icon14.gif

Pinned topics are the first place I look when I'm looking for information.

They're the last place I look for conversation.

I think other members should be able to give each other karma.

Nice bump. bored.gif

We don't have karma anymore, by the way, we have a whole new system, and besides, if regular members can give each other karma, all I would have to do is fire up MSN and tell one of my friends "Give me karma, bro."

Not to mention that there would be a lot of fake accounts then. Double the trouble.

They should bring back the karma system, in my opinion, it made people more better behaved, cause people wanted those shiny stars. Or at least award more members, for various small things, like reporting posts, Unique posts. Just give people more awards, so other people could see them, and try to be like them...
