Question about Phil's manager

This is an obscure question I wanted to clear up and since I didn't get my 100% to check the cutscenes I figured I'd just ask. I can't remember, which is surprising since I usually memorize all these silly details without even meaning to, but I can't remember if we learn who Phil Collins' manager owed money to. I thought I remembered him mentioning owing it to "Giorgio", who I assume is the Giorgio Forelli Tommy helps out in Vice City. Am i right or completely off the right track? lol

Yeah it could be very possible that Barry owes money to Giorgio Forelli. Even though I didn't hear Barry mentioned Giorgio's last name, Forelli, it's still very possible. Barry is hilarious. Lmao. And does Tommy Vercetti actually help out Giorgio Forelli in GTA: Vice City? That's crazy. I gotta check that out when I'm playing the storyline missions there.

Yeah he helps out Sonny's cousin Giorgio Forelli in the mission "Jury Fury", which i think is the 2nd or 3rd Rosenberg mission. You never actually meet or see Giorgio though. I recall a rumour about Giorgio being a crossdresser but i never figured out where that came from cause you never meet the dude. But anyway that's just an odd footnote.

I think it was always assumed to be Giorgio Forelli, it would make sense with the amount Barry borrowed and why the "goons" are always after him and Phil.

Exactly. And in VC wasn't Giorgio on trial for loansharking and racketeering when Tommy helped him out? It would stand to reason that he was the one who loaned Barry the 3 million or whatever if he was a loanshark in Vice City.
