Tisca Posted April 28, 2007 Share Posted April 28, 2007 you dont need a mod to tune your bikes , cars exc . you need a handling editor . in the handling editor , you can change the number of gears of the moped for instance . If you for instance take the moped and set it to 1 gear , and 200 in mass - you cant drive it because of the speed . but try searching on google.com for the handling editor.
