Joey Leone Revamped

Greetings.

 

I've started planning out an IV fansite, and in that connection I need a favour. I usually do my own graphics, but in this case I need the execution and quality to be a notch better than what I can generally produce when it comes to vector'ish art.

 

I reckon you all remember Joey Leone from GTA3 - the one with the car chop shop, Salvatore's son. In the only artwork I've seen of him, he's unfortunately lacking legs, and a tad of his hair:

 

 

Now for the request.

 

I need someone familiar with this style of graphics to fix Joey here with a pair of legs, and some extra hair (on the head, mind you). The background is irrelevant, it'll need to be chopped away anyways.

 

If possible, I'd like his overalls colored blue, and his shirt yellow, but this isn't a priority. I guess I can fix that myself.

 

The graphic will be used as a main structure of the site, placed in the left side making out the top left 'corner'.

Rockstar North released a PSD of him, which may be of help in this situation, would be easier to edit. It's still only a picture of him, not of the file they made him with, but it could be useful.
