Slow down. Like I said in your other topic, read the readme that should come with any mod you download. If not, there's plenty of documentation in the editing tutorial forum here and at GTAModding. If you're still clueless, there's a trick you can use. Notice how the editing forums here are subdivided into a few categories? Generally speaking, all mods in a single category have the same installation process - e.g. all mission scripts are installed by replacing the original main.scm file with the edited one. Knowing this, have a gander at the Mod Showroom, find a mod similar to the one you downloaded, and follow its install instructions.

 

At any rate, there's no need for everyone to post a new topic whenever they first get into modding. Never has been, and there certainly isn't now.
