It depends. On low, "safe" stunts, I'll happily go with a Monster or a Bandito but if they involve rotations or flips, I'll probably use a faster car, like the Banshee or the Infernus.

 

If I am to jump from somewhere high up, like Arco del Oeste or Mt. Chilliad, I use motorbikes, namely the NRG-500.

I also say it depends. There's a Bullet that spawns at the Burger Shot near Katie's house, and I can have some fun jumping it in various ways off of the unique jump nearby, up the hill.

 

It's always fun jumping the Vortex off of Mt. Chiliad and off of the wooden ramp at Arco Del Oeste.
