GMC Acadia And Yukon

Recommended Posts

Well, if you're not considering going offroad much then there is the Acadia,

The Acadia is likely to have better handling and will most likely return better fuel results as it's a "Soft Roader" (Off roader styling but essentially a normal car on steroids)

If this doesn't really bother you and you want something a hell of a lot bigger go for the Yukon, more off road capability.

Is the vehicle just for going to work, or do you do a job that requires something a bit tougher?

The Acadia is likely to be more family oriented too.

But bear in mind I've never been exposed to GMC as a car brand so these aren't facts, just more educated guesses.

SIP YEK NOD

I drive a GMC savanna which is suburban(yukon) based for work, and i can say it is a very good platform, with a diesel at least.

i have driven the acadia, and am quite dissapointed with it. it looks good, but it is quite gutless and gets rediculous fuel milage for what it is.

if i had to choose, i would say niether, and get a crew cab pick-up with the 6.6 duramax diesel. for the price you get so much more vehicle.

but between the two, the acadia stands absolutley no chance.
