Cars jittery; spawning backwards...

I've noticed that on loading my save game lately in SA, vehicles like cars and trucks move in a jittery motion and sometimes spawn backwards, or suddenly flip direction in front of me.

 

Is this a symptom of a corrupt save game? I added some texture and vehicle mods, but other older save game files don't have the corruption.

you could try re-installing the game once to see if things resolve themselves...more often than not, mods can glitch the game in funny ways, as may be the case with you...

 

as for save-game corruption, i don't really know...if the save were corrupt, you wouldn't be able to load it, and i don't think there's an in-between stage where the save is fine and when it's corrupt...
