I'm stuck on like the third task where you have to save those 3 guys from the convience store. This is IMPOSSIBLE. There is like no way to get away from like 4 stars which you get once leaving (that is, if you can leave without blowing up)

I assume you mean one of Vincenzo's missions, where you must rescue his goons. (I forgot the name as well).

 

Just go into the gas station and park near the goons. They'll get in. All you must do is drive fast and carefull. Drive out of the gas station (CAREFULLY), and avoid the gas tanks. Once you reach the road, hold on the X button, and get the heat off, by going to the Pay 'N Spray. If that cannot be done, drive straight to Atlantic Quay, to Vincenzo's spot. All you must really do here, is to mind your surroundings, drive fast, and be efficient.

The mission your referring to is Smash And Grab.

 

You need a 4 seater vehicle for this mission so steal one fast. The Leone metre on the shows the health of your comrades so get there quickly as it slowly decreases. Try not to damage your vehicle on the way as you’ll need it in mint condition to get out in once piece.

 

The entrance is blocked by cop cars, but there is a small gap you can squeeze in by. Let the Leones in the vehicle and smash through the blockade, as you go through the blockade head right and to the pay 'n' spray, heading left will lead you to a load of tire spikes.
