Hello guys, im new to the forum and to servers in VC-MP. So, i created my own server but want some vehicle spawns and pickups. Now.. How should i find the coordinates for the spots i want them on? Is there any dynamic map that shows coordinates on the web? Anyways, i would be thankful for any help smile.gif

Peace

The method I employ is to use LithJoe's Ultimate Trainer - available here. Fire up the trainer and then VC (single player), and navigate to a position you'd like to have a weapon/vehicle spawn. ALT+TAB out of the game, and open the teleport function of the trainer. Hit 'read coordinates', and it'll spew out the exact X, Y and Z location of Tommy correct to a number of decimal places (far more than you'll need).

That will work assuming the coordinates for VC:MP remain the same as those in the original single player - I've not tried to create a server for VC:MP, I just have experience modding the single player VC.

Another, and fairly easier method is to use the Developer's mode. Creating a shortcut of your gta-vc.exe and adding -d to the command line will bring u into dev mode. /skin <id> will turn your character into that skin. /v <id> will spawn the type of vehicle you asked for. /save will save your current position to a .txt file called savedpositions in your gta directory. If you're in a vehicle when you use /save it will also save the vehicle id with that position. Then it's a simple matter of copying and pasting co-ordinates from the savedpositions.txt to your .ini! biggrin.gif
