Hey, I recently got up to the "Puncture Wounds" Mission when my computer decided it wouldnt work anymore. i went and bought a new computer etc, and remembered my save game. I've been trying to download Puncture Wounds save files for 2 days now and none of them work Can anyone tell me why they wont work? I'm using V1. I've downloaded V1 and V2 save files. They just wont work.

If you have a v1 game, then only v1 save files will work for you.

 

Try downloading the save from here.

I downloaded several of the save games listed in that thread and they all resulted in my game crashing while loading the save games.

Are you sure you're not running any mods?? They might cause trouble...

the files won't work if you're using any mods...if you are, then your best bet is to request a SnP and also provide the details about the mod you're using (with a download link for it, preferably)...the rules for requesting SnPs are here

 

also, if you've changed computers, that itself could lead to several problems...try deleting the SET file (gta_sa.set) which would be in your GTA SA User Files directory and try again...
