Rhino's Where Abouts.. Eh?

Ok quick question...

 

Where can i find a rhino to complete the Vigilante Mission??

 

I can't get a 6 star wanted level cause I always just end up dying from the helicopters and I don't think I would be quick enough to steal one from the army base as I would just die..

 

Is there any other way?? Besides using cheats..

Eh... I think that only place you can find it is the restricted area (also called as Area 69 ;D) near Abandoned airstrip in LV

 

and under the bridge in Grove St., Ganton (only if you have passed the game 100%, though...)

Damn that sucks.. Yea i havent got 100% yet So yea I am trying to find a Rhino to do them missions cause I found them really easy to use in all the other games..

 

Do you no if u can sneak into "Area 69" like u do in the mission "Black Project"??

There should be a fence on a east side of the Area 69 you can break through. Just take some speed, ram thru the fance and you should see some Rhinos, Hydras and a Helicopter. (Beware, You will get 5 star wanted level)

Of course you need to have body armour and a far amount of minigun ammo.

Wow I went to are 69 and broke in and it really wasn't that hard..

I stole the tank and went and parked it in the Garage at the air strip then saved the game and went and done the vigilante mission in the bush and completed level 20 with only 2 wanted level stars

If you get the Jetpack during the Black Project and go to the Quarry Crane and go into the red marker and get out you dump it and then go get a snack from a snack machine somewhere your ablity to get into cars returns. I suggest Fort Carson Area. Then you can go back to Area 69 and get yourself a Rhino without incurring stars at all.

The crane to ditch the jetpack yes, the not getting in the car until you use a one armed bandit or soda/snack machine sorta and not getting stars for reentering area 69 is more like an exploit.
