I've just been reading through the pages i missed, and we deffinately need more clues, this is damn confusing....

No, Perobj A - Per[son][/]Obj[ect] A[1]. Sorry.

 

Compilation:

 

1. In a way, I am similar to someone/thing that/who was cut out of SA before the release, except that I was not.

2. The person/object that was cut out of SA and is similar to the answer of the riddle (I will call it Perobj A, all right?) was done so due to technical problems that appeared after R* tried to make Perobj A like others of its kind. The process of it has made Perobj A very, very hard to use in-game and all of the complications were cut out and made very simple, and, obviously, you can only see the simplified version in-game.

It's unknown why R* has tried to make Perobj 2 like others of its kind when He/it could've just been left alone.

3. The first time you see me, I seem not unlike something/one who/that appeared and was used in only one other GTA game, however, there are key differences when you look just a little closer.

4. You could see me any time you want to.

 

At some points it's purple.

 

The number 4820 is related to it, in a very, very vague way.
