Clues.

 

 

1. In a way, I am similar to someone/thing that/who was cut out of SA before the release, except that I was not.

2. The person/object that was cut out of SA and is similar to the answer of the riddle (I will call it Perobj A, all right?) was done so due to technical problems that appeared after R* tried to make Perobj A like others of its kind. The process of it has made Perobj A very, very hard to use in-game and all of the complications were cut out and made very simple, and, obviously, you can only see the simplified version in-game.

It's unknown why R* has tried to make Perobj 2 like others of its kind when He/it could've just been left alone.

3. The first time you see me, I seem not unlike something/one who/that appeared and was used in only one other GTA game, however, there are key differences when you look just a little closer.

4. You could see me any time you want to.

The RC plane from the RC shops second mission?

D00d, how can you see a RC plane any time you want?

After you complete all Zero missions, there's a mini-game available, all the time, where you use a RC Baron to blow up the delivery trucks.

You could see (The answer) at any point of the game, unlike the Baron.

He doesnt know much about SA so be nice to him lol smile.gif He was just taking a guess

The deputies that look liket the cops used in GTAIII and GTA-VC but a little different?

 

I see them occasiolly and was quite surprised the first time.

 

I thought I was imagining things so I photoed one. I have it somewhere but need to find my digital camera so I can take a shot and upload it to my PC.

Are you possibly skateboards or roller-blades? They were taken out of the game, and could be seen in Vice City.
