Yup. In cop wheels you steal four for the Caligula's robbery, but if you look during that mission they only end up using two of the bikes.

Ahhh, damn. You're right, I didn't remember this, since I only did the Caligula asset once, during my first attempt at the game back in 2004/2005.

The diners thing is really close. You can eat [in real life] in Fastfoods, diners, restaurants etc. But where can you get a cup o'coffee, and a sweet, round thing with a hole inside? And what it has to do with SA?

Who or what am I?

-There are several like me, but you only need to use me and one other.

-The mission in which you acquire me is very similar to another mission earlier in the game.

-Once I've served my purpose, you can either keep coming to me or get rid of me, it doesn't really matter

-Unlike the others of my type, there is a shortcut to get what you want out of me.

 

I think I've pretty much given away the answer, so I guess it goes to whoever gets it first. I probably won't be able to check back here until tomorrow afternoon.
