I will choose the most powerfull PC's from the GTA forums community, I will give them an awesome signature (sorry, but my PC really burned my money)

Her are my computer specs

Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 Processor

512MB NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GTX

4GB RAM Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM @ 667mhz

It looks like you're going to make your own signature, then! tounge.gif

•Custom desktop

•Windows XP Pro

•AMD Athlon 3500+

•256MB nVIDIA GeForce 7900GT

•1GB DDR 400 PC3200

•150GB

•Acer 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor

•2 Speakers lol?

•DSL

•1 DVD-RW

Personally, upgrading your computer is the dumbest and most pointless thing ever. You'll never have top of the line. And when you do, two weeks later something new that's 200 dollars more comes out.

Fozzy Fozborne

IBuyPower Gamer-FX

Desktop

Windows XP Home SP2 (Eagerly awaiting a stable Vista that runs all XP's games)

[AM2] AMD 4200X2+ 2.2GHz

Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe Motherboard

eVGA 7900GT 256 MB

2 GB Corsair XMS2 DDR-2 800

300 GB Samsung SATA2 HDD

Dell M991 19" (yes, old I know I need a new one)

SoundMAX 8 Channel onboard

Logitech X-540 Speakers (these rock!)

Comcast 12/6 Mbps with Powerboost

16x Sony DVD-ROM/16x Samsung DVD-RW with Lightscribe

12-in-one card reader

Silver NZXT Apollo Case

Logitech MediaPlay mouse (highly recommended)

Some crappy Dell keyboard from my old computer

Thoughts:

This thing is unbelievably powerful... it powers through CS Source with at least 250 frames per second. HL2 Episode always runs at a steady 75 FPS (frame limiter on).

Got an AMAZING deal on it because IBP had a $200 off coupon on top of the $500 off newegg's price.

I love it, had it for 8 months. I did have 2 problems with it, the hard drive died the first day (damaged in shipping, I think) and the gfx card had to be replaced due to a bad voltage regulator, which was a bummer. Also, people are always very impressed by how good it looks with the sweet blue fans and stuff.

Your opinions: Click me.

Uhh.. As far as internet speed goes, very fast. I got bumped to the fastest internet because I have cable TV and telephone through the company, so they gave me the VIP package. Instead of all the premium channels or free long distance, I choose the fastest internet they offer for home use. My speeds range between 950-1200kbps download, but sadly my upload is capped at around 60kbps. Downloading a MB per second is sick though.

Mines not all that good, not good enough to win thats for sure:

Custom Desktop

Windows XP Pro SP2

AMD Athlon XP 2000+ (1.7GHz)

Asus A7N8X-X Motherboard

1.5GB RAM @ 400MHz (PC3200) (crucial memory)

GeForce FX5600 128MB (MSI)

Seagate 250GB HDD (Master) (can only get 130GB to show, any ideas?) + Maxtor 160GB HDD (Slave) (Risky Accessing it, has a virus)

^So in other words, i only have 130GB of 410GB working^

Creative SoundBlaster Live 24Bit External Soundcard

Creative Labs 5.1 Speakers (Inspire P5800)

2MB Broadband Over a Network (i'm connected to my dads PC)

Floppy Drive that doesn't work (who uses them anymore anyway lol)

AG Neovo 17" TFT Monitor (think AG Neovo is a sister company to LG)

Pioneer DVD-RW + Sony DVD-RW (sony drive works, but has some trouble playing videos/DVDs)

Logitech MX518 Gaming Optical Mouse

Saitek Eclipse II Keyboard (Cool backlight in 3 different colours, shine through laser cut keys)

Ligitech Cordless RumblePad 2 (Perfect for SAMP)

iPod (where i store most of my music, rest of it is on the critical HDD)

If i wasn't getting a PS3 i would upgrade, but as ive just spent £600 HDTV, i want to put it too good use, so a next gen console would be perfect for it.

Mac OS X 10.4.9

Dell ES-17 17" CRT 1152x870. I want to get a 19" LCD.

seriously, I don't need alot of speed for what I do. 400mhz gets me by just fine. Just wish I had a few more USB ports. And i'd like a PCI ATA100 card to make my hard drive really fly. internal bus is ATA33.

btw, my boot time is 27 seconds. that's from the chime to login window.
