I have walked around that area for years and have not seen any ballas. Also its V2. Thanks. Hey Shaun01, I finally found some gang members and took over that territory. I have walked around that area for years and have not seen any ballas. oh yes, I remember this from when I played it the first time ...try to remember those tricky territories and do them first next time you play it. That way you might see gang members in neighbouring territories you can shoot or lure over...
