saintdave Posted April 7, 2007 Share Posted April 7, 2007 The Andromeda can only be used by using the GTA SA Admin Console Beta, which can be found here. The AT-400 can be found inside a big hanger in the Las Venturas Airport. It will only spawn there after you have beaten the story missions.
