RHINO ON WEST ISLAND

So finally there's a way to get a Rhino from the army on the 1st island about halfway through the missions there. This is quite expected considering that VCS used the same game engine as LCS, where a tank can be stolen from the army before 6 stars wanted level is officially unlocked.

 

In the mission "Money For Nothing", after you sucessfully allowed Lance and Forbes to reach their destination, the 6 stars wanted level can be triggered; only up to that point and not any other time during the mission. After you're given the instruction in the mission to clear your wanted lelvel, continue creating mayhem and messing up with the authorities instead and you will eventually achieve 6 stars.

 

It doesn't save though, much like in LCS, but it's a good chance nevertheless to have a Rhino if you're after one before you unlock the other island.

When i played it at the start you can get the rhino from fort baxter when vic is still a soldier. Its in a hangar.

I found it to be locked. Wasted too much of my time trying to rob that tank.
