Domestobot level help

Can someone tell me where the safe is on the level where you use the domestobot in the Martinezes mansion to track down the safe.

 

 

I've got the thing to beep fast but can't quite find the safe.

its like behind the kitchen area... ish... hmm yea sorry im not much help, all I can say is it is in the basement, you gotta find stairs that lead down. whiles attempting to crack the safe you get about...15 tries if memory serves me correctly... and its pretty easy to crack, also you will be interuppted by the stupid Mendez guy alot whiles trying to crack it... so youll end up memorizing where the staircase going downstairs is. its not actuallys like near the kitchen, but its back form the room mendez is in its behind a few walls.

 

 

so look for the saircase going down to the basement!

As you're facing the door entrance to where Mendez is located, turn left and go to the door on the far right and enter. Proceed to far right and enter that doorway too. You'll then see the MARKER which will take you to the basement, where you'll procees straight ahead with a little zig-zag and you will see the SAFE ahead.

BTW, if you're on the TIMER, because Mendes has given you a request, you won't be able to open the SAFE, so, make sure you're not on the TIMER, if you want to open the SAFE! Did i confuse you enough?

Once in the basement, I remember you enter a room from a hallway. The doorway to the safe room was on the right hand wall as you looked in from the hallway. Looking into the safe room from the first room, the safe was at the back wall, right hand side in sort of an alcove. Slightly obscured but I think I could see the green arrow atop it. Navigating the bot there was slightly bumpy, especially being pretty excited to get this one done.

 

I spent twenty minutes trying to diagram this without success. I remember going down a hall and taking a right into a room, call it the first room. I remember a doorway in the right-hand wall of the first room, that led to the safe room. Safe was at back right of safe room. I hope some of that gives more clarity to you than it does to me as I read it.

Where do you have to go to drive Domestobot?

You jump in a vehicle parked outside the mansion (Prawn). It's a storyline mission. You're operating it via remote control, though, so it's like you become the Domestobot. Be the bot.

 

I found it a very annoying mission, but at least it's unique and a change of pace.

if anybody doesnt know the code, it is 8423. the good thing about the code is that if you type that into a phone, you spell vice.

Oh, then I've done it before. I just meant, I saw somebody's signature of Vic actually driving the Domestobot. Where exactly is he located?

Just played this mission before, was dumbfounded by the code... now it's been posted, but how are you supposed to actually figure it out? I didn't really get the whole thing that told you if digits were correct, out or order, etc. Thanks for the code, but how does one initially find the code? Maybe I didn't search enough or something, but leik wtf m8.
