Bike Pedal Mod?

Bikes have got to be the most awesome vehicle in all of SA. The problem is that after a long while of speed peddling (pressing W very quickly), my wrists begin to get a little bit sore.

 

So i was wondering - Do any of you fine gentlemen (or women) know of any mods or programs* what would allow me to speed pedal by simply pressing and holding down W?

The SA Control Centre sounds like just the ticket. In the Keyboard Shortcuts tab, you could tie a key to the "increase car speed by:" function, and use that periodically rather than the rapid bashing of the W key.
