Weird

And it was working great!

Then, whilst trying another mod, I messed it up and had to reinstall, yes I know I should have backed up, I feel like a prick now!

Anyway, I go on it and its working again, except I was using the gta noobmode save games before, now they won't work

Do I need to re-download the save files?

if you mean that you're now playing without the mod, but are trying to use the savefiles from back when you were using n00bmode, then yes, i'm afraid you'll have to re-download the saves...if you're trying to use the previous saves in a modded game, then there could be a number of problems that occur due to third-party modifications...it'd be wise to start a new game, or download new saves...

 

and yeah, this isn't the right forum...you should've posted this in SA Troubleshooting...don't sweat it, though...i'll request a move

if i get what you mean, yes, those saves would only work with the modded game, and not the normal game...

I have put the mod back on now, but I will redownload nad leave this thread before I confuse anyone anymore than I already have!

Edit, I know what happened, I said its working again, I meant gta noobmode is working again, sorry for the inconvenience.
