topdogkiller
after the depressing conclusion with lem on the fifth season, I've been waiting agonizingly to see what happens next. But tonight the wait is over. Will vic ever find out who really killed shane. *though we already know who*? What will conclude in the end? If you want to see the 15 min teaser webisode that shows the funeral . Andyzoot
I think Shane's killer was Detective Scrotes.

dominguero
Shane's killer? I think you've got him confused with Lem. Anyone watch it in the end then? Loved it!
Scarface187
I thought it was an awesome first episode. Kavanaugh (sp?) is a really slimey son of a bitch.

Hope Vic's gona kick the sh*t out of him at some point, it would make my day.
topdogkiller
yea kavanaugh was a real prick in this episode, and shane is getting very tensed and sh*t. It reminds me of when vic killed their new recruit of the strike team and shane was so guilty and tensed.
Otter
Wow, yeah, that was a great first episode. Looks like Dutch has a lot on his hands with that crime scene, huh? They were talking about making a Dutch spin-off. I think it'd be pretty cool - after the Shield runs its course.
Adrenalist
Watched Season 1 for the first. It seems extremely mathematical. Like someone took a prexisting script, and graphed everything out, rewrote and rearranged everything, cutting a metric out of the soul of the story. Not that it doesn’t have soul... it’s just been cut and layered in a mathematical way. Not too sure how I feel about it. On the surface, I love the black lady, and everyone else is a push/pull... to the point where I feel good when they make a good decision/cringe when they don’t. It’s a sordid yet sweet affair that pulls at one’s heartstrings the more one’s vested time. That being said, I prefer a story told from the heart and soul of an island. Maybe with an editor interpreting some edges. But this almost seems mathematical to the point of rushing elements for the sake of mathematics and ditching the drawing for mathematics sake. Overall, good waste of time. Acting is stellar given they’re absent rhythm. There’s just a syntheticism that’s hard to ignore.
Lonely-Martin
I'm on season 4 with my second run through of this show. I remember being a huge fan but binging on this now only makes me love it more. Definitely one of my favourite shows, though not as strong in every way like The Sopranos or The Wire can be. Some good guest stars though tgat get a chance to shine. It's crazy that this series (like GTA San Andreas) is loosely based on a real scandal - the Rampart scandal. Man I'd love a closer adaption in tv format. The original story is just crazy, especially with the involvement of Death Row Records possible connection to the murders of Pac and Biggie could make for grand tv Edited May 19, 2020 by Candy_Licker Lonely-Martin

Shall watch that soon though. I loved San Andreas for how they sent up ghis era so well though. Samuel L Jackson was bang on form too.
