Driver17
So I've gotten to All Hands on Deck and once I complete the mission, I get the boat that Cortez gives you, but I'm not able to move or do anything in the game. In fact, Vercetti doesn't appear in the boat at all. The radio still works and the call from Kent Paul warning Vercetti about the price on his head comes through right after. I had completed Rub Out, bought some assets and completed the Print works asset mission before attempting All Hands On Deck. Is this glitch occurring because I didn't do All Hands on Deck before Rub out? Is it still possible to get 100% without completeing this mission? Any suggestions would be helpful. Justin
Is it still possible to get 100% without completeing this mission? Well, no, because then it wouldn't be 100%, would it? Strange glitch, I've not heard of it before. If you're on PC and comfortable with it seeing as you actually have finished the mission - just haven't been able to save afterwards - you could always upload your saved game and have someone else complete the mission for you (hopefully) without the glitch. Otherwise, I'm afraid to say you might just be screwed. I had a similar problem on my first PS2 save where the game would freeze any time I attempted a particular unique jump. Nothing to do except start from scratch. Also, VC doesn't have a problem with a particular path through the game locking out missions as GTAIII did. Aside from moving the Cuban outfit a metre or so away from its usual position, no matter what order you do the missions available, you won't encounter any glitches directly.
