Got a question about Mr. Mackey, m'kay?

According to the GTAF front page the member Mr. Mackey shows as the newest GTAF member. He joined in 2005 and apparently got banned sometime in August. I've seen his name there for the last few weeks. Is this a feature disabled to improve server performance, or something not working properly that no one has noticed? For lack of search I looked up and down the last three pages or so here on Network to see if this has been mentioned....just another observation here.

That's not the name I see right now, I have seen a few different names in the last week or so and that wasn't one of them. Odd.

He joined today, as well, so it seems to be working.

Now that's strange. I've seen this guy, Mr. Mackey as the newest member for at least three weeks now.

 

Are the people you're seeing really new members, or ones like this one who joined months or years ago?

 

This is simply bizarre. Hell, I'm starting to wonder if one day I'll see my own nick up there as the newest GTAF member

 

Juzzy-just saw your post....I am using the SanAndreas.net skin right now. Maybe I'll play with it and see if it changes.

 

And for a second update - I changed it back to the default GTANET skin and it shows a new member with no posts there.

 

I guess I'll stick with the standard old blue color scheme. Now that I haven't seen it in awhile, I kinda miss it

It's the skin, apparently.

 

As you can see, there are about 40,000 more registered members and 800,000 more posts in the default skin image than the GTASanAndreas image.
