Max Memory Problems

I've had a normal Sony made memory card get corrupted data. I could be wrong, but I think the only way to get rid of corrupt data is to reformat the card. If you have the ARMax that came with a USB drive and you (thought ahead enough to) have a backup saved on your PC, you can reformat the card (it's one of the maxmemory options) and fill it back up that way.

If you didn't backup the data you could do it now for all the non-corrupted files, then reformat, then slap it all back on.

As for the the SA file that's corrupted, I don't think there's any way to actually fix it. confused.gif

I have tried using my ARMax to put stuff on and off of the memory card, but I can't seem to access it. Maybe I just never saw the option to format or "unlock" the memory card; it says something about being "safe" or "secure" on the package.

I do have backups of everything on my comp though, I think the SA save somehow got corrupted in the tedious transfer:

I take stuff from my comp to the drive (my PSP now) to another regular memory card via the ARMAX thing the put it on the 64Mb card using my PS2. I wish I knew how to transfer stuf just using my PSP and the ARMax!
