You're limited to how long you can swim only until you complete the "Beach Patrol" side missions (Really one of the most fun side missions ever). After unlocking the second island, simply find the BF Injection in the center of the beach and easily conquer 15 levels of either type it provides - I think there are three. Using Breast Stroke (by default) will help you stay longer in the water while swimming slower. At the same time using Crawl (holding down on both PS2 and PSP) reduces the time you can spend in the water, but you will move around faster. This is the case until you beat the 'Beach Patrol'. Ans one more thing: if any of the cars or aircraft sinks with Victor inside, Victor will be in the state of drowning (i.e. Health Bar decreasing) until he exits the vehicle. OT: I don't think that's valid reason to bump this topic, pretty much everyone knows that you can swim in VCS you get to try it during first mission and bumping topic with saying where you can get unlimited stamina is useless since person who asked that question either knows it already or he doesn't care.
