Need Help on starting up GTA SA

ok i installed gta sa which i bought the other day and it installed fine then when i go to play it comes up with errors such as vorbisfile.dll missing and ogg.dll file mising or cant find and i downloaded them via google and then it says:

 

The procedure entry point ogg_stream_reset_serialno could not be located in the dynamic link library ogg.dll.

 

now i think its just i need to put the vorbisfile.dll and ogg.dll file somewhere specific. When i downloaded them i read the read me on the installation help and the vorbisfile.dll said this:

 

º Install notes: º

Use ExpressZIP to extract the file to

your windows\system directory.

 

i cant find system directory so i need help to find and put it in there and the ogg.dll read me says exactly the same so i need help finding the system directory folder or whatever.

 

i might be totally wrong and need something else so if you know what this is help please.

 

P.S i found some topics on here about this but they are so old and the links dont work and i dont understand what has been said in them.

Try placing the DLL files in the install directory, typically:

 

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\

 

 

Let me know if it helps or not, i am just guessing since thats where they appear on my install and it works fine, well it plays the game, just with a stupidly slow frame rate for some unknown reason.

yea i put them there but i still get the same message of

so putting the ogg.dll and vorbisfile.dll on worked but theres another problem.. i dont understand it though
