weird draw distances effects

i dont know why its showing these vertical lines but it seems to do it on vehicles and also bill boards builds when @ far distances basically everything and draw distance is set to highest capacity anti alias set to x3 also textures are set to very high but for some odd reason i get weird loading problems if anyone has any solutions please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

use 32-bit color mode. 16-bit has some bugs.

well my video card is set to 32 bit mode also there are not any options under gta san andreas video options that show 32 bit mode and also it's still giving me that error on everything including vehicles thanks but ummm i still haven't solved my problem

Actually, on the "advanced" page of display options you'll find an option to set your resolution in the game. If you cycle through the various resolutions, you'll see that all of them have the 16-bit or 32-bit option.

you can also try installing the increased draw distance mod. it allows the draw distance to go up to 10 times farther, but unless you have an older system/graphics card, i'd advise against it. if switching to 32-bit mode doesnt help increase the resolution a little bit and see what happens.
