I'm sitting at 98.8% and have checked almost everything on the list. I was missing two and just found them: Rush! (same as Crash!, only $1700 damage) Enter the Linerunner in southern Viceport near a large crane-type structure across from Vice City Port Authority Main Building. Human Memorial O.D.T. (3-part race, plane, boat, motorcycle, beat time of 4:50) Enter the Biplane in Escobar International Airport in the southernmost large hangar. This FAQ also helped as he has some PS2 missions listed.
