i have an xbox and im on the mission cesar valapando (sorry for spelling)or high stakes lowrider. I SUCK AT THIS GAME i can fly planes upside down while going under bridges and do some very crazy S*** but when it comes to the missions im pretty much screwed.

oh. and by the way how far into the game till i get that BIG 747 type plane tell me in number of missions. or how far till i can get more of the map unlocked? it might kick start me into playing more missions.

The only way I know of to find missing tags on the console versions is to go through each one one by one until you find it. On PC it's easy all you have to do is use Demerest's "Pillager" code tool, which, marks all missing tags on the map-but since your on x-box that won't help.

On the missions to next levels: the mission "the green sabre" opens up the country side/San Francisco-safe houses in San Fierro don't become available until after the mission "Are you going to San Francisco". The Desert opens after the mission "Ya Ka Boom Boom", And Las Vegas opens after the "Flight School".

There are about 25 missions total in first half of Los Angeles, about 7-8 missions in Country side, about 25 missions in San Francisco (this is a rough estimate), 9 missions in "Desert"-including the flight school, and about 14 missions in Las Vegas before re-opening the Los Angeles mission strand.

The planes become available after the flying school in the desert when you get the pilot's license.

One extra tip though, don't buy too many weapons in Ammunation while in Los Angeles, because you lose them upon entering the country side.Hope this helps.

@ everyone-this topic contains spoilers, so I only recommend reading this if you've beaten the game already or if you need help.
